Tasting Notes
In the glass, AN/2 typically shows a deep ruby color with generous clarity and a youthful, vibrant edge. The nose tends to open with dark berries, plum, Mediterranean herbs, and hints of spice and cocoa, reflecting both fruit richness and the island’s warm, sun-drenched character. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with supple tannins, juicy red and black fruit, and a savory, earthy undertone that keeps it from feeling overly soft. The finish is smooth and persistent, with enough freshness to make it enjoyable now, while still having the structure to develop nicely over the next few years.

Produced in Mallorca in the Balearic Islands, AN/2 reflects the island’s limestone-rich soils, maritime influence, and warm Mediterranean climate. The grapes are typically harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified with the aim of preserving freshness, fruit purity, and a clear sense of place, combining traditional regional character with a modern, refined approach.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for grilled lamb, roasted poultry, Iberian tapas, charcuterie, and savory dishes with herbs or tomato-based sauces. Serve slightly below room temperature, around 16–18°C, and decanting for 20–30 minutes can help the wine open up and show its full aromatic range.
