Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a delicate rosy hue with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is lifted and pure, with red berry aromas, citrus zest, floral hints, and a subtle mineral edge that adds tension and finesse. On the palate, it is dry, crisp, and beautifully linear, with lively acidity and a refined texture. Notes of wild strawberry, pomegranate, and pink grapefruit are framed by chalky minerality and a clean, elegant finish.
