Production
Sourced from Keller’s famed top vineyards in Rheinhessen—Morstein, Kirchspiel, Hipping, and Hubacker—the wines come from some of the region’s most distinctive limestone and mineral-rich soils. The 2022 growing season delivered naturally low yields and highly concentrated fruit, while cool nights helped preserve freshness and tension. Harvesting is carried out selectively at optimal ripeness, with vinification aimed at preserving site expression, purity, and the crystalline structure for which Keller is known.

Food & Serving
These Rieslings are exceptionally versatile at the table, pairing beautifully with fine seafood, shellfish, sushi, sashimi, roast poultry, pork with fragrant herbs, and Asian-inspired dishes with subtle spice. Serve well chilled, ideally around 9–11°C, to showcase their precision and freshness. Decanting is not essential for the younger wines, but a brief decant can help open the more profound bottlings such as G-Max or Morstein GG.
