Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, a choice that protects the wine’s delicate fruit and floral aromas while preserving its crisp, refreshing character. The wine is then rested on fine lees for a short period to add a touch of texture and complexity, before being bottled to capture its bright, youthful profile.
