The vineyards are planted predominantly to Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, with smaller proportions of varieties such as Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, all carefully tended through the growing season with green harvesting and sorting to ensure optimal ripeness. The 2022 vintage, marked by warmth and sunshine, demanded meticulous vineyard management to preserve freshness and balance. Grapes are typically harvested parcel by parcel at optimum maturity, then sorted before fermentation in temperature-controlled vats to preserve aromatic purity and precision.
