Tasting Notes
Pale, luminous gold in the glass, it opens with a precise and expressive nose of citrus peel, white peach, pear, and delicate floral notes, lifted by hints of fennel and wet stone. The palate is dry, vibrant, and beautifully balanced, with a supple core of ripe fruit framed by bright acidity and a subtle, saline mineral edge. The finish is long and polished, showing fine texture and a sense of restraint that should allow the wine to evolve gracefully over the coming years. While enjoyable now for its freshness and detail, it has the structure to reward short-to-medium-term cellaring.
