Tasting Notes
Solaia typically shows a deep, насыщенно colored ruby core with impressive concentration in the glass. The bouquet is layered and polished, often unfolding with ripe dark berries, black cherry, cassis, violet, graphite, spice, and subtle hints of cocoa, tobacco, and toasted oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied and finely structured, with ripe tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, precise finish. The wine is built for aging and will reward cellaring, developing greater complexity and integration over time.

Solaia comes from one of the most prestigious sites in the Chianti Classico area of Tuscany, where well-exposed vineyards and varied soils contribute to the wine’s balance of power and finesse. The grapes are harvested with careful selection to preserve purity and concentration, and the wine is vinified with a focus on extracting depth while maintaining elegance and freshness.

Food & Serving
This is a wine for rich, flavorful dishes such as bistecca alla fiorentina, roasted lamb, braised beef, game, and truffle-based pasta. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decanting is recommended, especially when young, to allow the wine to खुलly express its aromas and structure.
