Only the best clusters are selected, harvested carefully by hand and transported in small crates to preserve freshness and integrity. At the winery, the grapes are gently crushed and fermented under temperature-controlled conditions to capture Zinfandel’s intense fruit character, followed by maturation in oak to add complexity, spice, and a polished texture.
