The wine is based on a field blend of traditional local red varieties typical of Ribeiro—such as Brancellao, Caíño, Espadeiro, and Sousón—harvested by hand to ensure meticulous selection of bunches. In the cellar, fermentation is carried out with a light touch to preserve fruit purity and aromatic detail, often with a proportion of whole clusters to enhance structure and spice.
