Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a deep ruby color with youthful violet hints at the rim. The nose opens with dark cherries, plum, and blackberry, layered with subtle vanilla, cedar, and warm spice from oak aging. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, with ripe red and black fruit, supple tannins, and a fresh line of acidity that keeps the wine lively and balanced. The finish is smooth and gently spiced, with enough structure to suggest several years of good development in bottle.

Produced in Aragón, where the vineyards benefit from a dry continental climate, strong sunlight, and significant day-to-night temperature shifts that help preserve freshness in the fruit. Tempranillo provides ripe fruit and softness, while Cabernet Sauvignon contributes backbone and complexity; the wine is vinified and matured in line with crianza traditions to add polish, spice, and integration.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for grilled lamb, roast chicken, cured meats, mushroom dishes, and hard cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant for 20–30 minutes if you’d like to open up the aromas and soften the texture.
