The domaine is farmed organically and biodynamically, emphasizing soil health and biodiversity to allow the terroir to express itself clearly. Grapes are harvested by hand, with strict sorting in the vineyard and at the winery to ensure only perfectly ripe, healthy bunches are used. Vinification typically involves gentle destemming, a cool maceration to preserve aromatic freshness, and a relatively soft extraction to prioritize finesse over power. Aging takes place in French oak barrels, with a restrained use of new oak, allowing the wine to gain texture and complexity while keeping the imprint of the wood firmly in the background.
