The 2021 vintage, a cooler and more classical year in Bordeaux, saw careful vineyard work and rigorous selection, with hand-harvesting parcel by parcel to ensure optimal ripeness. In the cellar, traditional Bordeaux methods are combined with state-of-the-art precision: after gentle crushing and fermentation in temperature-controlled vats, the wine is matured in high-quality French oak barriques (a significant proportion new), where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and extended élevage, bringing together structure, perfume and harmony before bottling in magnum.
