This is an excellent partner for roast lamb, duck breast, beef tenderloin, mushroom dishes, and hard cheeses such as Comté or aged Gouda. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant for 1–2 hours if drinking young to allow the wine to खुलen and show its full aromatic range.
