Tasting Notes
Pale, luminous gold in the glass, it opens with a refined bouquet of citrus zest, white flowers, green apple, pear, and subtle tropical hints, layered with chalky minerality and delicate oak spice. On the palate, it is fresh and beautifully textured, with bright acidity carrying flavors of lemon curd, stone fruit, and grapefruit, finishing long, polished, and elegant. While delicious now for its energy and clarity, it should also gain complexity with a few years in bottle.

Production
Sourced from the estate’s exceptional vineyards in Saint-Estèphe, the wine benefits from gravelly soils that promote drainage and help preserve freshness and aromatic finesse. The grapes are carefully harvested and vinified with great precision to protect purity and balance, with controlled fermentation and élevage designed to enhance texture, complexity, and expression of terroir.

This wine pairs beautifully with shellfish, roast poultry, lobster, creamy seafood dishes, and fine white meats, as well as dishes with subtle herbs or beurre blanc sauces. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C, and decanting is not usually necessary, though a short aeration can help if enjoyed young.
