In the glass, the 2021 Chapelle d’Ausone typically shows a deep ruby color with youthful purple reflections. The bouquet is layered and inviting, with aromas of black cherry, plum, violets, graphite, cedar, and subtle spice, supported by a fresh mineral edge.
