Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a bright, translucent ruby colour with subtle depth. The nose is layered and refined, offering red cherry, wild strawberry, cranberry, and hints of rose petal, forest floor, spice, and gentle oak. On the palate, it is poised and silky, with fine tannins, energetic acidity, and a long, savoury finish. The fruit is elegant rather than heavy, balanced by earthy complexity and a mineral edge. This is a Pinot Noir with excellent cellaring potential, likely to evolve beautifully over the next 8–12 years, gaining more savoury nuance and textural breadth.

Côte Vineyard is a highly regarded site in Victoria, shaped by cool-climate conditions that favour slow ripening and aromatic complexity. Food & Serving
This Pinot Noir is an excellent partner for dishes such as duck breast, roast chicken, game birds, mushroom risotto, grilled salmon, or pork with herbs. Serve at around 14–16°C to best express its aromatics and detail. Decanting for 30–45 minutes is recommended if opening young, though it can also be enjoyed straight from the bottle for a more delicate expression.
