On the palate, it is typically smooth and fruit-forward, with rounded tannins, good freshness, and a satisfying balance between richness and elegance. The finish should be clean and persistent, leaving behind dark fruit and gentle spice. While enjoyable young for its expressive fruit, it also has enough structure to develop nicely over the next few years.
