Crafted to highlight elegance, freshness, and finesse, it offers a refined alternative to more heavily extracted styles while still carrying the depth expected from a serious Rioja red.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a vibrant ruby color with youthful brightness. The nose is fragrant and layered, with red cherry, ripe plum, violets, subtle spice, and finely woven oak notes that add polish without overpowering the fruit. On the palate, it feels fresh and well-balanced, with supple tannins, juicy red and dark berry fruit, and a mineral edge that gives the wine lift and definition. The finish is long and composed, suggesting good development over time; while approachable in its youth, it should also age gracefully for several years, gaining complexity and texture.

Produced in Rioja, the wine reflects the region’s diverse terroirs and the cooler, more elevated sites that help preserve freshness and aromatic detail. The vineyards are managed with a focus on quality and balance, and the fruit is carefully harvested to ensure optimal ripeness. Vinification is aimed at precision and elegance, with the goal of expressing purity of fruit, structure, and the subtle influence of oak.

Food & Serving
This is a versatile red for the table, pairing beautifully with roast lamb, grilled beef, duck, Iberian pork, mushroom dishes, and mature hard cheeses. Serve it at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for about 30–60 minutes if opening it young, especially to soften the structure and bring out the aromatic complexity.
