Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a pale gold hue with a bright, luminous sheen. The nose is refined and layered, with notes of citrus zest, white flowers, orchard fruit, crushed stone, and subtle nutty, buttery nuances that unfold with time in the glass. On the palate, it is both concentrated and highly focused, with ripe stone fruit, lemon curd, saline minerality, and a taut, energetic line of acidity. The finish is long and precise, with excellent balance and the structure to evolve beautifully over many years. With proper cellaring, it should gain even greater complexity, showing more hazelnut, honey, and toasted brioche notes over time.
