On the palate, the wine is structured yet silky, with firm tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, mineral-driven finish. This Barolo is a superb match for braised beef, veal shank, truffle risotto, game dishes, and aged hard cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino. Serve at 16–18°C, and decant for at least 1–2 hours when young to allow the aromas and tannins to open fully.
