Château Haut-Brion Blanc hails from the historic Graves region of Bordeaux, where deep gravel soils mixed with sand and clay provide exceptional drainage and impart a signature mineral tension to the wines. Traditionally a blend of Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc (often in near-equal proportions, with Sémillon contributing structure and texture and Sauvignon Blanc bringing lift and aromatic intensity), the grapes are meticulously hand-harvested in small batches at optimal ripeness to preserve both freshness and aromatic precision. Vinification is carried out with great care: gentle pressing, fermentation in French oak barrels, and extended aging on fine lees with regular bâtonnage to build texture and complexity. The result is a white wine of remarkable depth and refinement, marrying ripe fruit, vibrant acidity, and discreet yet perfectly integrated oak.
