Production
Sourced from Recaredo’s vineyards in Penedès, where limestone-rich soils and the Mediterranean climate help create wines with energy and definition. The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified with careful attention to preserving aromatic purity, followed by secondary fermentation and long aging on the lees in bottle under cork, a hallmark of the producer’s traditional method approach.

Excellent with oysters, raw shellfish, sushi, grilled white fish, roast chicken, or fine tapas such as jamón and aged Manchego. Serve well chilled at 8–10°C, and while decanting is not necessary, opening it a few minutes before serving can help the aromas fully unfold.
