Grapes are carefully hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, sorted for quality, and gently pressed before fermentation. Vinification typically occurs in French oak barrels, with a judicious use of new oak to support, rather than mask, the terroir; extended lees aging adds depth and texture while preserving the wine’s hallmark freshness and precision.
