Production

Yields are kept deliberately low, and harvesting is done by hand with rigorous selection in both vineyard and cellar to retain only the finest, perfectly ripe bunches. Vinification is highly tailored: small-batch fermentations, temperature control, and gentle extraction preserve the delicate floral and mineral character of Cabernet Franc while building structure. The wine is then aged in high-quality French oak (a significant proportion new), allowing it to gain texture, polish, and complexity without overshadowing its precise, terroir-driven profile.
