Screaming Eagle is based in Oakville, in the heart of Napa Valley, where well-drained soils and a warm but moderated climate help produce Cabernet Sauvignon with ripeness, concentration, and finesse. The estate is known for meticulous vineyard selection and extremely limited production, with fruit typically hand-harvested at optimal ripeness. Vinification is carried out with great care to preserve purity, texture, and site expression, followed by thoughtful oak aging to add polish without overwhelming the wine’s natural intensity.

Food & Serving
Best enjoyed with equally refined dishes such as dry-aged ribeye, filet mignon, lamb chops, truffle-infused dishes, or slow-braised short ribs. Serve at around 16–18°C and consider decanting for 1–2 hours if drinking young, allowing the wine to fully open and show its layered aromatics and structure.
