Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a deep ruby color with youthful purple reflections. The nose leans toward dark berries, plum, and a touch of spice, with hints of garrigue and subtle earthy nuance. On the palate, it is medium- to full-bodied, combining juicy black fruit with smooth tannins and a balanced, generous finish. The wine has enough structure to develop a little further in bottle over the next few years, while remaining very enjoyable now.

Produced in Languedoc-Roussillon, where warm Mediterranean conditions and varied soils help create ripe, expressive reds. The grapes are typically harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified to preserve fruit purity and regional character, with careful extraction to keep the wine balanced and supple.
