Tasting Notes
Pale gold in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse, this Blanc de Blancs shows delicacy and intensity in equal measure. The nose is lifted and precise, with notes of citrus zest, white flowers, green apple, and subtle brioche and mineral tones. On the palate, it is linear and vibrant, with a chalky structure, crisp acidity, and a long, saline finish that gives the wine impressive clarity and drive. While already beautifully expressive, the wine should continue to develop gracefully over the next several years, gaining extra depth, texture, and complexity with bottle age.

Made from Chardonnay grown in Grand Cru vineyards in Champagne, the wine reflects the region’s chalky terroir, which lends freshness, tension, and minerality. The fruit is harvested by hand, as required in Champagne, and vinified with care to preserve purity and detail, allowing the character of the site and vintage to come through cleanly and transparently.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for oysters, scallops, sashimi, roast chicken, or dishes with delicate cream sauces. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8-10°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, though a short rest in the glass can help the aromatics open up.
