Domaine Roulot traces its roots to the 1930s, when Guy Roulot left his career as a pharmacist to take over family vineyards in Meursault. Under his son Jean-Marc Roulot, the domaine became internationally admired for its precision-crafted white Burgundies and its deep respect for terroir. Today, Roulot is celebrated for organic and biodynamic vineyard practices, careful cellar work, and wines that are among the most sought-after in Burgundy.
