Château Beausejour’s 6.5 hectares sit on the prime limestone plateau and slopes of Saint-Émilion, overlooking the UNESCO-listed village below. The vines are mainly Merlot (around 81%), with Cabernet Franc (16%) and a small proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon (3%), rooted in a mix of limestone and clay that gives both power and marked minerality. Grapes are typically harvested by hand, parcel by parcel, to capture optimal ripeness across the varied exposures of the cru. In the cellar, the wine is vinified in temperature‑controlled vats to preserve aromatic purity and structure, then aged in French oak barrels (a portion new) to refine the tannins and add subtle layers of spice without overshadowing the character of the terroir.

This Saint‑Émilion is an excellent partner for classic dishes such as roast lamb with herbs, beef ribeye, duck breast, veal with truffle, or richly sauced game birds.
