The estate follows traditional, minimally interventionist methods: spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts, long macerations, and élevage in large, old oak casks rather than new barrique, allowing the Montepulciano grape and the terroir of Abruzzo to speak clearly. The wine is bottled without aggressive filtration, preserving its character and aging capacity.
