Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a deep, concentrated color with impressive clarity and brilliance. The nose is layered and refined, with aromas of dark berries, plum, graphite, violets, cedar, and subtle spice, often unfolding slowly with air. On the palate, it is full-bodied and seamless, combining ripe black fruit, supple tannins, fresh acidity, and a long, mineral-driven finish. Even in its youth, it has the balance and composure to age gracefully for many years, developing greater complexity with cellaring.

Food & Serving
Best served with premium dishes such as dry-aged ribeye, roasted lamb, duck breast, or truffle-infused mushroom dishes. Serve at around 16–18°C and decant for at least 1–2 hours before drinking to allow the wine to open and show its full aromatic complexity.
