The blend is built primarily on Cabernet Sauvignon, with Merlot and Carmenère adding nuance, and it was made using traditional vinification with extended maceration followed by aging in French oak.

This is an excellent match for lamb rack, game dishes, slow-roasted beef, or mature hard cheeses, where its savory complexity can shine. Serve at 16–18°C, and decant gently if needed, especially if the bottle has sediment; however, older vintage bottles should be handled carefully and tasted before extended aeration.
