Styles range from non-vintage blends to vintage bottlings, blanc de blancs (Chardonnay), blanc de noirs (Pinot Noir/Pinot Meunier), and rosé, with dosage levels shaping dryness from brut nature to demi-sec. Beyond Champagne, many regions craft quality Crémant. France also produces notable sweet and fortified wines.
