The 2020 vintage pairs transparent vineyard character with classic Barolo structure, and received 96 points from Falstaff.

Tasting Notes
Bright garnet in colour, it opens with aromas of raspberry, sour cherry and dried orange peel, layered with violet and balsamic herbs. The palate is deep and focused, with concentrated fruit, lively acidity and firm, finely gripping tannins that give the wine a long, composed finish.

Enjoyable with generous aeration while young, Tre Tine has the structure to reward cellaring. With time, expect the fruit and floral notes to give way to tea, dried flowers, forest floor and truffle.

Production
The blend draws mainly on Ravera, with smaller contributions from Cannubi San Lorenzo and Le Coste, bringing together several distinctive Barolo vineyard expressions. Specific details about the 2020 harvest and vinification are not provided.

Food & Serving
Serve at around 16–18°C. Decant for several hours if opening young, allowing the firm tannins and layered aromas time to unfold. It is a natural match for braised beef, roasted lamb, game, mushroom dishes and aged hard cheeses.

Producer
Giuseppe Rinaldi is one of Barolo’s best-known traditional producers, associated with wines that emphasize vineyard character, structure and the capacity to evolve in bottle.
