The finish is clean, fresh and precise. Its bright, youthful style is best enjoyed while the fruit is fresh.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eProduction\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe grapes come from Dreispitz, a northwest-facing vineyard in Rauenberg, south of Heidelberg, where calcareous clay soils provide the growing conditions. Harvested in late August, the fruit was lightly crushed and left on its skins for around 16 hours before being pressed in an old basket press. The must was allowed to oxidise, then fermented and aged in used tonneaux from Tonnellerie Damy until July 2025, before bottling.
