The palate is full and juicy, with lively acidity and mineral freshness leading to a clean, saline finish.

Enjoy it while its fresh, expressive fruit and varietal aromas are at their most vivid.

Production
The grapes come from hillside vineyards between Cividale del Friuli, Orsaria and Cladrecis, where Eocene marl and sandstone meet a mild, sunny climate tempered by Mediterranean influences. Vines are trained using the Guyot system. After gentle pressing, the must is clarified by cold static settling and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel. The wine then spends six months on fine lees, with regular bâtonnage to build texture while preserving its freshness and aromatic clarity.

Food & Serving
A natural match for shellfish, prawn risotto and asparagus.
