This bottling comes from Rive di Collalto, a south-facing hillside between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, where vines grow at around 180 metres on clay and limestone soils with notable iron content. Morning temperature shifts help preserve acidity and encourage aromatic development. The Glera grapes undergo a second fermentation in pressurised tanks at controlled temperature, lasting around 90 days with selected native yeast strains.
