On the palate it is full-bodied and intense, with ripe dark fruit wrapped in a velvety texture and lifted by warm southern French spice.\n\nDespite its richness, the wine retains balance and freshness, giving it impressive energy and length. Around 80% Grenache is complemented by 15% Syrah and 5% Mourvèdre; all grapes are hand-harvested and fully de-stemmed before pressing.
