At 180–250 metres above sea level, southeast-facing sites benefit from a mild, well-ventilated climate influenced by nearby Lake Garda, while clay- and limestone-rich soils help shape the wine’s fresh, aromatic character. Vines are trained using both trellised and pergola systems. The grapes are hand-harvested in September and carefully selected, then destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel, with regular pump-overs for colour extraction, followed by malolactic fermentation.
