Yquem’s wines are typically made from Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc, with grapes picked by hand in successive passes to select berries at the right stage of ripeness and botrytis. The specific vineyard and harvest details for the 2015 vintage are not provided.

Food & Serving
Serve slightly chilled, around 10–12°C, with foie gras, blue cheese or fruit-based desserts; it is also rewarding on its own.
