Freisa has been grown in the region for centuries, and this organic bottling offers a lively expression of its red-fruited, floral side.

Tasting Notes
Bright ruby in the glass, with floral and gently spicy aromas alongside vivid notes of cherry and strawberry. The palate is structured and complex, with concentrated red-fruit flavours and a refreshing, savoury character.

Enjoy it young for its freshness and fruit, or allow it a few years in the cellar for its flavours to develop further.

Production
Made from organically grown Freisa and fermented with natural yeasts, the wine undergoes semi-submerged-cap maceration for five to six days.
