Its Riserva classification means it is released later than a standard Barbaresco, giving the wine time to develop before it reaches the glass.

Tasting Notes
Deep and concentrated in style, it opens with dark berries, rose petals, menthol and liquorice. The palate is juicy yet elegant, with fine-grained tannins, a composed structure and a long finish.

The 2015 is at an appealing stage, as its fruit and tannins begin to harmonise with developing notes from bottle age. It can be enjoyed now with a little air, while further cellaring should allow it to evolve.

Production
Made from 100% Nebbiolo grown in Rabajà-Bas in Barbaresco, the wine reflects a traditional, site-focused approach.
